How we help

Dashboards and management tools. Practical tools for your teams.

Finding information, preparing for tasks and following up on progress all take time. We develop Pinc to bring these needs together in one software product, connected and configured for your company's work.

The examples below illustrate intended uses, rather than completed client projects. We assess the capabilities, information and connections needed for your company before agreeing what an implementation will include.

Find answers in your company’s information

To understand what is happening with a customer, what is complete or what needs a decision, management and teams often have to piece together information from several places. We connect information from systems, documents and correspondence so people can find answers and see the sources behind them.

What we assess: which questions matter to the work, what information is available and current, and who may access it. We evaluate answers against examples from the company, including missing or conflicting information, and define where a person needs to verify the result.

Illustrative example: a manager asks what is needed to move a customer’s work forward. The answer brings together the status from the business system and the latest agreement from correspondence, with links to the sources. A missing approval is shown as missing, and the manager decides how to proceed.

Source quality and available connections determine what can usefully be presented. We assess value through the time needed to find an answer, its relevance and the additional information or corrections required.

Prepare for the work ahead

Teams need the right context at the right time: what was agreed, what has been done and which details are needed next. We bring together the background, history and documents each task requires, reducing the need to chase details once work is underway. The tools are suited to the team, whether in the office or in the field. We use AI to analyse information and support decision-making.

What we assess: what each role needs before and during the task, which devices people use and how information stays current. This guides Pinc’s setup and its connections to your existing systems.

Illustrative example: before a customer visit, an employee receives a summary of the visit’s purpose, work history and relevant documents. Unconfirmed details are flagged for follow-up. The employee checks the information and uses it to prepare and make decisions within their role.

Information availability and permissions shape what is possible. We assess whether the setup reduces preparation time, highlights missing information and cuts down on follow-up during the task.

Keep work moving with less follow-up

We develop Pinc to connect the steps in a workflow so the right person receives the information they need, with a clear view of what is complete and what needs attention. The integrations and workflow settings reflect the way your team works.

What we assess: what triggers the next step, who is responsible, what information it requires and how exceptions are handled. We examine system interfaces and the information sources relied on, and define which actions can be automated and which require approval.

Illustrative example: approval of a piece of work updates the preparation checklist and assigns the task to the operations lead. If another approval is missing, it is flagged for attention. A commitment to a date still requires the appropriate person’s approval.

Fit depends on available connections and reliable updates, including handling exceptions. Value can be assessed through follow-up time, duplicate work and tasks left without a next action.

Choose the right opportunity to start with

Pinc’s core product is the common foundation. The integrations, setup and rollout are tailored to your company. During discovery, we assess product fit, recommend a useful first step and agree priorities and scope, including the costs of product use, implementation and ongoing support.

See what working together involves. You do not need to choose a technology or prepare a specification before getting in touch.
