About Pinc Works

Technical expertise. Business judgment.

Pinc Works develops its own software product for everyday business operations. We combine product development with direct involvement in implementation, so the product can fit the people, information and systems that make each company work.

Why Pinc Works exists

A successful company relies on people, knowledge and systems. Innovation in workflows and everyday operations can turn those resources into a competitive advantage: dashboards and management tools, teams prepared for their tasks and work that moves forward across people and systems.

We are developing Pinc around these needs, using AI and automation within a reusable product. The core product is our responsibility; the integrations, configuration and implementation reflect each company’s workflows and goals.

Where the investment makes sense

A product should justify the change it asks of a company. We consider potential benefit alongside the costs of product use, integration, implementation and support, and the team’s ability to use it over time.

We assess whether Pinc is a suitable fit before recommending an implementation. An existing tool, a change in working practice or a smaller first step may sometimes make more sense. The recommendation should serve the company’s needs.

Experience and responsibility throughout

Pinc Works was founded by Roni Poyas, who led development organisations as VP of R&D at software product companies operating at scale. That experience informs both the development of Pinc and the work of bringing it into practical use.

Roni is directly involved in product development, discovery and implementation, with support within the agreed scope. We explain the options, trade-offs and responsibilities so you can make an informed decision.

Available to companies in Israel, Europe and the US

Pinc Works welcomes companies across industries. Outside Israel, on-site or remote discovery is arranged to suit the need. The working arrangement and scope are agreed together.
