The Pinc Works website is operated by Pinc Works, Israel. For questions about information you have shared, you can use the contact form.
Information in your inquiry
A message you send may contain your name, email address, company details and the content of your inquiry. Keep the first message general where possible; sensitive information or customer details are not needed at this stage.
Contact form
The form asks for your name, email address and a short description of your inquiry; company name is optional. These details are used to handle your inquiry and reply, not to subscribe you to a mailing list.
The form sends through Formspree, which processes the inquiry and technical request data, stores the submission in its archive, and sends an email notification to Pinc Works. A spam-prevention verification step may be required. The service may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates. See Formspree’s privacy policy. No document uploads or sensitive information are needed.
While the form displays a notice that it is unavailable, you cannot submit details through it. Please try again later.
How long we keep inquiries
On the Free plan we use, Formspree provides 30 days of submission history. Inquiry emails and subsequent correspondence remain in Pinc Works’s mailbox and are not automatically deleted when they leave that history. Technical processing and retention by service providers are subject to their own policies.
Website hosting and technical services
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. No analytics tools, user accounts or advertising trackers have been added to the site code. Serving pages involves communication with the hosting provider; the absence of analytics does not mean requests undergo no technical processing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.
Questions about information you have shared
You can use the contact form with a question about information shared in your inquiry or a request to update or delete it. Requests will be considered in light of the circumstances and applicable obligations.
