01 — Start with a conversation
We hear what the company does, what works well and where you would like to improve the work. You might need better information for decisions, better task preparation for the team or a workflow that takes less coordination. No defined project, specification or tool choice is needed.
The first conversation helps establish whether Pinc could be a useful fit and what is worth exploring in depth. It does not replace understanding the work itself.
02 — Understand the day-to-day work
We then meet at your offices to understand the people, workflows and systems. For companies outside Israel, on-site or remote discovery is arranged by agreement to suit the need.
We examine everyday examples: how a task starts, where it waits for information, who decides and what happens when something falls outside the usual process. Information quality, permissions and technical options are explored with the relevant people and, where useful, your existing system providers.
03 — Decide where to start
Discovery identifies where Pinc could contribute and what would be needed to introduce it. We agree priorities and scope before implementation. If Pinc is not the right fit, we explain why; an existing tool, a process change or a smaller first step may make more sense.
We agree what should improve, how to assess the result and who is responsible for each part. We weigh the expected benefit against the costs of product use, integrations, setup and ongoing support, including the time your team will need to contribute. Significant unknowns are investigated before widening the investment.
04 — Connect, Configure, Launch
We prepare the agreed integrations and configure Pinc for your company’s workflows. We test with the people who will use it, using everyday examples and exceptions, before introducing it into the work.
For AI, we define the limits of use, human verification and how missing information or inadequate results should be handled. Implementation takes the existing systems and the change required of the team into account.
What we’ll need from your team
A person who knows the workflow and can move decisions forward, appropriate access to relevant information, and users willing to give feedback. You do not need a technical plan; we work together to establish what a useful implementation requires.
